A beautiful snowy wedding on Valentines weekend

I loved working with this couple, actually the bride and her mum as Guy is in the armed forces and only got leave the day before the "Big Day".  They were so enthusiastic and really had the priorities straight about what was important.... no not the flowers the vows! I have a few photos to share before the professional  shots are formatted.  Harriet wanted a soft classic English garden theme to the beautiful village church so we filled the window sills with almond blossom, ranunculus,alstromeria, hypericum berries double lisianthus and pussy willow with masses of church candles. We drew attention to the altar by decorating the back window sills and placed a large pedestal arrangement next to the pulpit.  Harriets bouquet was a small handpicked cluster of ranunculus, cream lisianthus rosemary and eucalyptus.  The marquee we had a little fun, whilst still keeping the flowers classically romantic by filling vintage oil cans with flowers the table plan mirrored this by following a Formula One theme.  The occasional tables used leeks yup thats right leeks with stocks as Guy is in the Welsh Guards.  The leeks looked great, a beautiful fresh lime green in colour and a true talking point.  I look forward to sharing the professional pictures soon, I can't express enough how lovely the turner family were, they made my job easy, fun, creative and totally stress free i wish them all a very happy future x
